The old brackets are more than worn out
So after some sheet metal bending and welding
We got a test fit on the car.
Welded the extra top plate and added some primer

update on the boot
Mounting off the boot hinges.
Sanding the boot with 600 grid
until the surface is OK
Pretty mutch as good as i can do without polishing.
