So i have to make it. (or at least try to :-) )

First test assembly with some left over...

The corners are way to wide


A second attempt with more made in HDPE had some better results. 2 nice stamps!

I bought a small sheet metal cutter for a power drill and mounted it on my lathe.

Made a little box around it ... et voila a sheet metal cutter :-)

Cut, bend & test fit

Spotweld, add material

Quick grinding.

Now i just need to patch it :-)
